Jan van Schouten was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar in 1992 and has been active in employment law and corporate and commercial law and litigation ever since. He assists his clients in restructurings, reorganizations and individual terminations as well as the common ground between employment law and corporate & commercial law and litigation. Jan van Schouten is an active member of the Amsterdam Association of Employment Lawyers and the European Employment Lawyers Association.
